I teach you Portuguese because I think my language is beautiful and is nice that we grow close over something like that. I truly enjoy sprinkling some new words. It feels like I’m giving you presents with meaning, that you can feel it, even 13.000 km away.
So, here.
Have this flor. This is stupid and not really real flor. This little word can imply some social cues that you might not understand (and to be completely honest I don’t get much either). Here, can you see? This is a way to show affection. It can be yellow, red, pink, purple, or any color you like. But they mean all the same (I guess).
I wish I could send you a real one. However, I guess this has to do it. Just like everything else.
